Glad to introduce "Picture of the Day" section, wherein we will be trying to publish pictures on regular basis, pertaining to our native land and its surroundings to leave you little bit nostalgic.

Whether you are an expert photographer or an amateur, this place is for you. You may please email your favourite pictures (email id : udyavarites@gmail.com) downsized to approximately 400kb in .jpg format with the name of the person who clicked the photograph. Fascinating pictures of landscapes and nature are welcome. Please do not send personal photographs.

The name of the photographer will be published along with the pic. Please click on the picture for full view.

Towards a brand new beginning ........ ಏಕ್ ನವಿ ಸುರ್ವಾತ್.....

Hi Friends,

Every year, during the month of May the nature displays its spectacular show as "Gul Mohar" trees see the full bloom, dressed in red and orange colours just as a bride in red saree (taaMDyaa saaDyaar hokaal sobhtaa jasheM....).

Well, it has been a long time wish of us Udyavarites to have a “virtual platform” of our own for all Udyavarites to peep in and keep in touch with the recent happenings as well as forthcoming events in the ‘Udyavarites’ circle.

This blog is an outcome of such a wish.

We earnestly request your valuable contributions to make this blog an interesting one.

Though this is a small beginning, in the long run we hope and wish that all Udyavarites spread all over will be part of this blog.
